If you have completed the required MREA courses and meet the submission guidlines outlined below you are ready to upload your first practice site assessment report. Please email Nicole Rice for permission to submit your first report. Please include your full name. Nicole will assign you to a tech mentor. 

~  I have used the most recent report template and cost modeling tool downloaded from the Site Assessor Forums.

~  The reports were checked for proper spelling, grammar, formatting of text, appropriate image sizes, and appropriate file sizes. Please submit the best quality report possible. MREA compensates the tech mentors for reviewing the technical merit of practice assessment reports only.

~  I understand that 2 satisfactory practice site assessment reports need to be reviewed by technology mentors to obtain the certificate. Practice site assessment reports will be submitted one at a time. Do not submit your second report before your first report has been reviewed and approved. If you submit two reports at the same time your second report will not be reviewed. MREA course participants are entitled to 2 report reviews. Please submit only your very best work using up to date resources provided to you on the Site Assessor Forums.

~  Program participants will submit a practice report and receive feedback from a technology mentor based on the grading rubric within 2 business weeks. Program participants will either be notified that the report was satisfactory or they will be instructed to make specific edits. Program participants will then upload an amended practice report that addresses the feedback from the tech mentor. All communication and feedback will take place on the MREA Moodle site.

~  A tech mentor review = practice report upload > tech mentor review > upload edited practice report > tech mentor approval. Any mentoring or review beyond this process is subject to additional fees.

~ For MREA program participants additional report reviews beyond the two MREA funded reviews will be conducted at the expense of the program participant at the cost of $75 per report review.
