Continuing Education As a part of the MREA Site Assessor Certification, it is required that all people holding certification show evidence of continuing education. Continuing education would include any type of workshop, lecture, or conference that would broaden an assessor's knowledge of business skills and/or renewable energy knowledge. Certified Site Assessors are required to show evidence of 8 classroom hours of continuing education each year. A periodic audit of assessors' CEUs will be conducted. Site assessors will need to retain class syllabus, sponsoring organization, training materials, dates, hours and location of the training for their records as evidence of attendance. Certified Site Assessors may be required to attend site assessor meetings to receive updates on changing requirements of incentive programs, changes in procedures or software upgrades. These meetings will not qualify for CEUs. Course Information
